The Service provides AI-generated draft responses to patient or client reviews and feedback, designed to assist regulated professional practices in the United Kingdom with their public communications.
All responses generated by the Service are drafts only. They are intended for review by a qualified human before publication or submission. The Service does not provide legal advice, medical advice, regulatory advice, or any other form of professional advice.
The AI-generated responses produced by the Service are drafts for reference purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as such. Nothing in the Service output should be treated as definitive guidance on compliance with GDC Standards, CQC requirements, SRA rules, NHS complaint regulations, or any other regulatory framework.
You must review every response before sending it. If you are facing legal proceedings, a formal regulatory investigation, or are uncertain about the appropriateness of any wording, you must seek independent legal advice before publishing or submitting any response.
We accept no liability for any loss, damage, regulatory sanction, or legal consequence arising from your use of or reliance on any AI-generated response produced by the Service.
The Service is intended for use by businesses and professionals operating in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
You agree not to use the Service to generate responses that are knowingly false or misleading, that harass or threaten any individual, that violate any applicable law or regulation, or that infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use and for ensuring that any response you publish or submit complies with your regulatory obligations and applicable law.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Books3PL Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
AI-generated responses produced for your use are licensed to you for your own business use. You may not resell or redistribute them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of reputation, regulatory sanctions, or legal costs.
Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during that period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, or for any other reason with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
