When you submit review text containing references to patients or clients, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process that information. Review content submitted to the Service is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate draft responses. Please do not include unnecessary personal data about patients in review submissions.
We recommend treating all review content as confidential and limiting submissions to the text of the public review itself.
We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (improving the Service and preventing fraud), compliance with legal obligations, and where applicable, your consent.
We use the following third party services to deliver the Service:
Anthropic: AI processing of review content to generate draft responses. Anthropic processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.
Stripe: payment processing. Stripe processes payment data in accordance with their privacy policy and is PCI DSS compliant.
Hostinger: website hosting and delivery.
Netlify: application hosting and delivery.
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 6 years after termination in accordance with our legal obligations. Usage data and response history is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@relyonreply.com.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability.
